PIANC Estonia is a non-profit association whose objectives are to:
- support joint efforts to promote best practices in the design, construction, reconstruction, maintenance and operation of waterways and ports;
- provide the association’s members with access to the latest professional knowledge and international experience;
- serve as the Estonian national section of the World Association for Waterborne Transport Infrastructure (PIANC).
